Performance and characteristics：
The mold adopts the 40cr steel forging processing, heat treatment hardness 40-420， Plated Chrome thickness 0.03-0.05mm and durable
The mold consists of the upper mold, the lower mold, flashboard, baffle, upper and lower template, drag rod and guide sleeve
The up and down mode is processed by the fine grinding of grinding machine. The blank intrados gap of the hot pressed brakes should be ensured within 0.15mm，the thickness error less than ± 0.3mm
The mold has the simple operation, high efficiency, stable quality and so on
