The mould adopts the 40Cr alloy steel forging processing, heat treatment hardness 40-420.

The mold consists of the upper mold, the lower mold, flashboard, baffle, upper and lower template, drag rod and guide sleeve
The up and down mold plate is processed by the fine grinding of grinding machine
The blank intrados gap of the hot pressed brakes should be ensured within 0.15mm，the thickness error less than ± 0.3mm
